2. Hosting and Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

Hosting by Wix: We host our website with the provider Wix.com Ltd., Namal 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel (hereinafter referred to as "Wix").

When you visit our website, Wix collects various log files, including your IP address. Wix stores visitor data on servers in Europe, Israel, and the USA. Israel is considered by the EU to be a country with an adequate level of data protection (Adequacy Decision of the EU Commission). For transfers to the USA and other third countries, Wix relies on standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission as well as appropriate safeguards.

Legal basis: The use of Wix is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring the most reliable presentation of our website.

Data processing agreement: We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Wix. This is a legally required agreement under data protection law, which ensures that Wix processes the personal data of our website visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Payment services (Wix Payments, PayPal, Klarna, credit card): We integrate payment services on this website. If you select one of these options when paying, the payment data you enter will be transmitted to the respective payment service provider. The transmission of your data to the payment service providers is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contractual necessity) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in a smooth payment process (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
